Three decades of
heavy iron heritage.
Founded by Pro World champion Dene "Dino" Iles — who sold his own home to open the gym and slept on the floor in the early years. Today the floor is a living museum of vintage Nautilus, Gym80 and Hammer Strength iron, with Dino still on it every day.
